Sanitizers
Salt Water Chlorine Generator
Saltwater pools use dissolved salt (3,000-6,000 ppm) as a store for the chlorination system. The chlorinator uses electrolysis to break down the salt (NaCl) and release the chlorine into the water. The main advantage of this is that the main chemical added to the pool is salt which is harmless compared to the usual bleaching agents like chlorine. As such, a saltwater pool is not actually chlorine-free; it simply utilizes a chlorine generator instead of direct addition of chlorine and under control will provide a clean environment for swimming.
Swimming in a saltwater pool is much like taking a shower in soft water, the water feels smooth, your skin feels smooth and many people feel more refreshed.
Ozone Generator
Ozone is a natural purifier no harmful chemical by-products are created during purification. An ozone molecule consists of three oxygen atoms. The third oxygen atom splits off during oxidization and natural oxygen remains. The oxygen atom oxidizes any micro-organism substance (e.g. bacteria, fungi, viruses) thus purifying the water. Ozone is the most powerful oxidizer that can be safely used in a swimming pool or spa under control.
Controls
ORP Sensor & Controls
ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) sensors are used to measure the quality of the water and its potential to kill bacteria. The ORP control will control the amount of sanitizer to release into the water for optimum sanitation of the water. ORP controls can be set up to control ozone generators, chlorine generators, chlorine feeders or any combination of sanitizers.
pH Sensor & Controls
Much like the ORP controls, pH sensors determine the level of pH and control the amount of chemicals released into the water to create the ideal environment.
Electronic Controls
Start and stop pumps, turn on lights, adjust heating, from one convenient location with electronic controls. Remote panels control all the equipment without ever stepping into the mechanical room. Waterproof wireless remote controls can be used anywhere within signal range.
Lighting
Fibre Optic Lighting
Fibre Optics allows total flexibility in lighting of the pool or whirlpool. Fibre optic cable can be placed on the pool perimeter, on the steps or anywhere else. A six colour changer changes the ambience continuously or can be set to one colour. End lights can be placed anywhere to create spot effects.
LED Lights
LED pool and spa lights create great effects with a five colour, seven program light show effect.
Covers
Blueshield covers with Rocky’s Reel
Reduce your heating costs by covering the pool with a blueshield cover in the night. Rocky’s Reel systems provides easy rolling and unrolling of the cover.
Aquamatic Automatic Covers
Hydramatic
Auotmatic safety cover, keep all debris out of your pool as well as animal and human, this cover is safety rated with a strong fabric made to hold the weight of adults.
Hydrolux
An automatic cover made of pvc slats cut to conform to the shape of your pool to create an elegant looking cover for the pool.
Filters
Cartridge Filters
A low maintenance alternative to the standard sand filters. Cartridge filters require cleaning about once per year, you never have to backwash. A good alternative if water conservation and costs are important.
Cleaning Systems
Turbo Clean System
Keeps the pool clean by continuously suspending debris to be transported by the water into the filtration system. An added benefit of this system is heat and chemicals (input through the pool return system) are more evenly distributed in the pool. With the many nozzles of the turbo clean system, hot water and chemicals are distributed from the floor and evenly throughout the pool versus three or four return nozzles on the wall of the pool.
